Strength Training Supports Postmenopause Bone Health
This systematic review found that structured strength training consistently improved body composition, muscle strength, and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women. Added nutrition strategies such as calorie restriction or adequate protein may help body composition, but evidence is not yet strong enough to make specific supplement recommendations.
