Romosozumab builds bone strength in postmenopausal women.
This clinical trial shows that romosozumab treatment significantly increases bone mass and strength, reducing fracture risk in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. The positive effects on bone remodeling units are observed early in treatment and continue for at least 12 months.
