Psychosocial Interventions Reduce Physiological Menopause Symptoms
This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated psychosocial interventions (including CBT, mindfulness, and stress management) for physiological menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, and sleep disturbance. The findings demonstrate that these non-pharmacological approaches can meaningfully reduce symptom burden during active menopause, offering evidence-based alternatives or complements to hormone therapy.
