Osteoporosis Drug Heart Risk Compared

This multicenter observational cohort study compared cardiovascular outcomes in osteoporosis patients newly treated with romosozumab or denosumab. In real-world practice, romosozumab was not associated with a statistically significant increase in major cardiovascular events versus denosumab over one or three years.
