Nonhormonal Vaginal Therapy Shows Promise

This meta-analysis of randomized trials compared vaginal radiofrequency with vaginal estrogen for postmenopausal sexual dysfunction related to genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Radiofrequency showed a modest improvement in overall sexual function scores, but the authors emphasized that longer-term durability and broader safety evidence are still needed.
