Meta-Analysis
Non-Drug Options Improve Menopause Sleep
This meta-analysis of 22 randomized trials found that non-pharmacological interventions significantly improved sleep quality and insomnia severity in women with natural menopause-related insomnia. Cognitive behavioral therapy, exercise, acupuncture, acupressure, and integrated approaches all showed benefit, offering options for women who prefer to avoid or cannot use medication or hormone therapy.
