Cross-Sectional
Mediterranean Diet Linked to Milder Symptoms and Lower BMI
A cross-sectional study of 702 women demonstrated that higher adherence to the Mediterranean diet is associated with lower BMI, reduced psychological complaints, and better cardiovascular risk awareness. These findings support dietary interventions for promoting early postmenopausal health and symptom management.
