Mediterranean Diet Adherence Linked to Milder Menopausal Symptoms
In a study of 702 women across menopausal stages, greater adherence to the Mediterranean diet was significantly associated with a lower body mass index, fewer psychological complaints, and reduced overall menopausal symptom severity. Higher diet adherence also predicted increased cardiovascular disease risk awareness, highlighting its potential role in promoting holistic women's health and harmony during the menopause transition.
