Lifestyle Modifications Show Promise for Easing Early Perimenopause Symptoms
This systematic review of 25 randomized controlled trials found that exercise and health education interventions may offer benefits in managing physical and psychological symptoms during perimenopause. While evidence-based guidelines for optimal lifestyle prescription remain elusive due to study variances, these non-pharmacological approaches show potential for improving well-being in the early menopausal transition.
