Lifestyle Medicine Reduces Hot Flashes, Improves Sleep, and Supports Healthy Weight at Menopause.
Non-pharmacologic lifestyle interventions — including exercise, nutrition, stress management, and sleep hygiene — were associated with reductions in vasomotor symptoms, improved sleep quality, better mental well-being, healthier weight, and reduced cardiometabolic and osteoporosis risk. Multidisciplinary, person-centered approaches improved adherence and outcomes.
