Meta-Analysis
Creatine Shows Modest Muscle Benefits
This systematic review and meta-analysis of seven randomized trials found small but meaningful improvements in lean mass and strength among postmenopausal women using creatine, especially when paired with resistance training. Bone density did not clearly improve overall, so creatine should be viewed as a muscle-support strategy rather than a stand-alone bone treatment.
